I have always loved naturopathy and the ability to care and love our bodies, minds, souls the way it was attended with what was provided for us by God. Please take the time to look around my website, I will always be adding and updating to it. So often we find ourselves validating love by the words and actions of someone else. We often forget our own love, and how we treat our selves both physically and mentally. When we lose ourselves in the pursuit of love from outside sources, our true self begins to suffer.
When was the last time you woke up saying, “I am awesome” – Yes. Without laughing or following it up with the infamous tagline to doom, BUT…. We tend to grab our phones, check out our social connections, and reflect on how awesome everyone else is doing. We congratulate strangers on their compassionate stories, but we don’t reach within ourselves to show compassion to ourselves. Instead, we begin to put the heavy world on our shoulders with our judgmental views, and begin to walk around, adding more and more weight with the fears we possess.
We believe that every single one of us deserves to be happy, and every single one of us has the power to grow into ourselves, naturally.
It takes time to remove the weight of the world off our backs and walk freely. We must be pro-active, to slowly remove the weight, to carefully examine how we remove things that no longer serve us, and how to embrace our true self.
Naturopathy believes in treating the whole person, spiritually and physically. The increasing awareness of a more natural existence in popular culture has meant that more people are looking to Naturopathy as a form of treatment.
